BRAIN+BODY REVITALIZATION - SIX WEEK PROGRAM

Six sessions in total. This program delves deep into the nutrition and lifestyle factors impacting your brain and body, helping you feel like yourself again.

  • Session 1: 1.5 hour initial consultation*

  • Sessions 2-6: 30 minute weekly follow-up sessions

  • Custom, personalized service including:

    • Unlimited text and email support

    • Recommendations and resources tailored to your specific health concerns

    • Coaching around eating habits and behaviours

    • Nutritional and lifestyle approaches to consider

    • Ongoing re-evaluation of what is working and what may not be working

    • Great tips to make your time in the kitchen joyful!

  • NOTE: Meals plans not provided

*In this initial consultation, we will be focussing on your goals, your past and present challenges, your food likes and dislikes, allergies or sensitivities associated with certain foods, as well as any lifestyle habits that could be contributing to your symptoms (aka sleep and stress). We will then develop a customized plan to take you through the next 5 weekly sessions.

BRAIN+BODY REVITALIZATION PLUS - THREE MONTH PROGRAM

It takes time to change habits and behaviour, and create lasting change.   Accountability and motivation play a critical role.  This program builds on the Six Week Program but offers a deeper look into why certain habits/behaviours exist, and develops targeted strategies to effect change.

This program includes:

  • Session 1: 2 hours initial consultation*

  • Sessons 2-12: 30 min weekly sessions

  • Custom, personalized service including:

    • Unlimited text and email support

    • A safe place to explore existing habits and behaviours around food

    • Development of strategies that target specific habits and fit within your lifestyle

    • Recommendations and resources tailored to your specific health concerns

    • Nutritional and lifestyle approaches to consider

    • Ongoing re-evaluation of what is working and what may not be working

  • NOTE: Meals plans not provided

*In this initial consultation, we will do a deep dive — I’ll be asking you in detail everything about your past and current health, your concerns, your present lifestyle, your sleep hygiene, and of course, your stressors.  I am here to listen, so be prepared to talk!  Together we will define your nutritional and wellness goals, and set the plan for our future sessions.

CORPORATE PRESENTATIONS: 
WELLNESS AT WORK

It’s becoming more and more critical for management to take an active interest in the health of their employees and co-workers. Wellness workshops/presentations are a recommended approach. Either of the following two presentations, Food and Mood: The Gut-Brain Connection and Revive and Thrive: Why Food Matters are the suggested introductory workshops. They both cover all the foundational elements about food and how it affects us physically, mentally and emotionally.

The following workshops are more targeted – they work as standalone topics, but are often more valuable delivered after Food and Mood or Revive and Thrive. Each presentation below relates to both brain and body health.

Presentations are 30-40 minutes in length, with a Q&A at the end. They include digital handouts, and healthy snacks (if less than 15 people).

GROCERY GUIDE 
1 hour “grocery shop” tour

Let me be your guide for an hour as we walk through the aisles of the grocery store, covering everything from organic vs non-organic foods, nutrition labels and ingredient lists, where hidden sugars lurk as well as essential items for your pantry.  Feel free to do a shop while we are there!
